Defining Change in Pakistan

We want to bring positive change in Pakistan, but there is need to define the change that we want to have. Here are key elements of the change :-

1). Education

2). Clean Water

3). Dams

4). Health

5). Ending corruption

6). Justice

Lets look at most important elements.

Dams

a). Successive governments inclduing Pervaiz Musharraf, PPP government led by Zardari, PML(N) led by Nawaz Sharif did not build major dams. India has built lots of dams, especially in Kashmir. 

b). PTI needs to set and achieve targets for building small and large dams.

Corruption

a). Opposing nationalization of PIA and Steel Mills is actually supporting corruption. This will hurt Pakistan, by diverting government funds to corrupt government institutions. We have already diverted billions into these institutions, with no result. Why is this madness, to keep doing the same thing. Why can't we support private sector to run airlines, steelmills and government make sure that our airline sector and steel mills are competitive.

b). Policy and implementation on iqama's, money laundering, dual nationalities of government officers is needed.

c). Key policies for ending corruption are needed as pointed out above.

Justice

a). Court cases take years and very high costs, and still fail to deliver justice. Who is going fix courts and justice system. Can we have justice and positive change without fixing justice system.

b). Why are we unable to deal with Raymond Davis and others; through strong justice policies. Why are these people escaping justice within Pakistani system. Has someone insured that Raymond Davis serves jail in America ?

Health

a). PTI came up with great reforms in health sector, including Sehat Sahulat sector.
